Exciting news! EA and Danger Close have just revealed that we’ll be getting into the Xbox 360-exclusive Medal of Honor: Warfighter multiplayer beta as early as this week.
Announced just under two weeks ago, the Warfighter multiplayer beta will be exclusive to Xbox 360 and will feature one of the game’s included modes, HotSpot, “where players attack and defend randomly-selected locations on the Sarajevo Stadium map in Bosnia.”
“Inspired by real life operations,” writes EA, “players team-up in pairs using the game’s unique co-op Fireteam system for a competitive advantage on the battlefield.”
In addition, simply for taking part in the Warfighter beta you will receive 60 minutes of Double XP time when the full game releases in late October.
The multiplayer beta for Medal of Honor: Warfighter goes live on October 5th, this Friday – here’s the official announcement trailer:
