Angry Birds has become something of a phenomenon since the game was first released in 2009. In fact I do believe that should mankind choose to put a select few items from the 21st Century into a space pod for prosperity that Angry Birds would be one of the forerunners to form part of that collection.
Despite its relatively simple concept, or perhaps because of it, Angry Birds has captivated the attention of people from around the world. What starts out as simple gameplay, launching birds in a slingshot towards pigs balanced on different structures, soon becomes more strategic as new birds with different abilities become available, and then, before you know it, you’re addicted!
