Sony’s Santa Monica Studio has collaborated on a number of projects for PlayStation platforms over the past few years but the God of War series continues to be the developer’s most significant undertaking.
Sony recently confirmed God of War: Ascension’s PAL release dates and provided details on the game’s Collector’s and Special Edition.
Firstly, here’s a breakdown of when God of War: Ascension will launch in different PAL territories:
- Rest of Europe/PAL: 13 March 2013
- Australia and New Zealand: 14 March 2013
- UK and Ireland: 15 March 2013
The game’s Collector’s Edition will feature the following extras:
- 8-inch Kratos figurine
- Premium Steelbook game case
- Official game soundtrack (digital version)
- PS3 dynamic theme and avatar pack
- Double XP bonus for multiplayer
- DLC pass to unlock all future DLC for the game at no additional cost
Contents of the Special Edition include:
- Premium Steelbook game case
- Official game soundtrack (digital version)
- PS3 dynamic theme and avatar pack
- Double XP bonus for multiplayer
