Wayne Rooney to replace Lionel Messi as FIFA 13’s cover star?

Don’t believe everything you read, because EA and EA Sports have today released the official, final box art for FIFA 13 featuring the smiling, triumphant face of the 25 year-old Argentine footballer.

In addition to the reveal of FIFA 13’s box art, a new set of in-game screenshots have also made their way out into the world while VG247 has posted a great, extensive interview with FIFA’s David Rutter who discusses new features and things to look out for in the FIFA world.

FIFA 13 – David Rutter Interview

FIFA 13 will be available across multiple platforms on September 25th in the US with PAL regions following on September 28th. A FIFA 13 demo is due for release on September 11th.
