FIFA 13 is in the spotlight lately with new features, including Kinect voice commands and Internationals in Career Mode, being announced this week.
The publisher also released a batch of new screenshots for the game, highlighting Skill Games, the EA Sports Football Club and football star Lionel Messi.
Skill Games allow players to “learn or master the fundamental skills necessary to compete at FIFA 13 in a competitive and addictive new mode.” You’ll be able to become a better player faster, regardless of your skill level, as you compete against yourself or your friends in 32 mini-games where you’ll hone your passing, dribbling, shooting and crossing skills. You’ll be challenged to hit targets, dribble through obstacle course and loft balls into cans as you progress through three levels to the Skills Challenge.
The EA Sports Football Club will give players the chance to “earn rewards, level up, enjoy live challenges based on real-world soccer events and connect with friends. As you earn rewards you’ll be able to unlock items, including kits, special celebrations, Virtual Pro Attribute Boosts and Career Mode Super Scout Credits from the new Football Club Catalogue. The club features real-world storylines that drive challenges and you’ll be able to build status as you climb 100 levels.
Last, but certainly not least, here’s four new screenshots of football star Lionel Messi to enjoy.
FIFA 13 will be available for the PS3 and Xbox 360 on the 25th of September in the US with PAL regions following on the 28th of September.
