Rockstar has today released a couple (as in, only two) screenshots for the studio’s Grand Theft Auto V, showing off a vast cityscape and a more serene pier location set on the outskirts of the hustle and bustle of the city a mile away.

Both are very intriguing indeed.

What’s more interesting about the release of the screenshots for Grand Theft Auto V is that, more often than not, it means that more information and media for the game is on the way, and soon.

If this is the case, look forward to Rockstar’s signature method of releasing trailers and accompanying screenshots and information in the near future, but for now, cast a gaze at the debut images for Grand Theft Auto V:
