Take a peek at the ‘making of’ the Darksiders II live-action trailer

It wasn’t too long ago that THQ and Vigil released a fantastic live-action trailer for the pair’s upcoming Darksiders II, an action adventure game that El33tonline happens to be very, very excited about.

Featuring a snapshot look at protagonist Death and his efforts to clear the name of fellow Horsemen of the Apocalypse, War, the live-action ‘Last Sermon’ trailer very effectively set the mood of the world as it descends into chaos.

THQ has more recently released a video going behind the scenes of that live-action trailer, which was shot in Czech Republic and stars James Cosmo (Game of Thrones) in the lead role.

Darksiders II – Behind the Scenes: The Last Sermon

Darksiders II is out on August 14th in North America and August 17th in Europe and the UK, across Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC, with a Wii U release slated for later this year.
