Running from August 15th until the 19th, gamescom 2012 in Cologne, Germany will once again represent the biggest videogame event on the calendar with hundreds of games and exhibitors, as well as hundreds of thousands of attendees!
But will Grand Theft Auto V be there?
While the video touts all of the attractions running inside and around the gigantic Koelnmesse convention centre, there is a snippet of footage from Rockstar Games’ Grand Theft Auto V included in the roll of titles.
Will Grand Theft Auto V be viewable at gamescom 2012?
Rockstar decided to pass on showing GTA V in public at E3 last month, and our collective gut says that the next blockbuster open-world game won’t be at gamescom either… but we can hope.
The footage in question is from the debut trailer for Grand Theft Auto V (see it here) and can be seen around around the 1:50 mark in the gamescom 2012 hype trailer below:
