Box Art for Dead Island is suitably creepy, so is this teaser trailerWritten by: / / No Comments
Publisher Deep Silver today released the box art for Dead Island, their upcoming first-person action game set to release later this year on the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.
And just in case you were wondering, yes it is suitably creepy.
This reveal comes just after the release of the first in-game teaser trailer, ‘Tragedy Hits Paradise,’ which is sure to get you at least slightly amped for the full E3 trailer next week. Get a glimpse of holiday isle Banoi below, the location for a brutal fight for survival against a zombie outbreak.
Dead Island casts you as one of a group of survivors on a tropical island after a mysterious zombie outbreak runs riot. It is said to combine “first-person action with a heavy focus on melee combat, character development and customisation of a vast array of weapons.” The gameplay features are presented in a “dark story inspired by classic zombie movies with a gritty and engrossing campaign that can be played with up to four players in co-op mode.”
You can find out more about this gruesome zombie slasher by flipping through El33tonline’s previous coverage over here, if you dare that is. But not before getting a gander at the gloriously creepy box art below.
