A crazy-looking action game by the name of Asura’s Wrath was first announced at Tokyo Game Show 2010, but all we really knew about it at the time was that it… was an action game. And was incredibly insane. And you fought against mythological gods and creatures.

And that was it.

Capcom has now deemed it necessary to fill in some knowledge gaps regarding Asura’s Wrath by releasing a gameplay video and a healthy batch of screenshots, further showcasing the insanity waiting within.

At one point in the trailer, the protagonist’s arms bore straight through an enemy. Lovely:
