A PS3-exclusive, PlayStation Move-enabled game by the name of Sorcery was unveiled at Sony’s E3 2010 press conference yesterday, and thanks to a demonstration given during the event, we’re able to get a good idea of how this game (designed specifically for motion control) works.
Using the Move control to mimic the movements of a wand in-game, you’ll be able to guide the young protagonist (an apprentice to a sorcerer) through a variety of fantastical environments, and defend yourself against all sorts of foul creatures.
Flicking the Move control will cast spells and attack enemies with the in-game wand, while other movements made with the Move in hand will result in different actions and more powerful spells being performed.
You should definitely watch the demonstration video included below to see Sorcery in action, and witness the great use of the PS3 Move motion control.
