I can make as much noise as I like and I won't disturb anyone as we live in an area where people live far apart. I enjoy good sound!
I didn't have the sound too loud, just banged the Guitar Hero World Tour drums too loudly and bummed out the neighbours :(
Quest for Glory series. I lived alone at the time so no-one can complain but I know I made a heck of a noise when it was getting heated.
Since I didn't have headphones I used to crank the sound up pretty high when playing Thief: Deadly Shadows so that I could hear how close by the guards were :) Family didn't complain, but they thought some of the sounds were pretty damn creepy...
I had my PS3 hooked up to my 6 speaker surround sound system :)
Mommy was not happy, hopefully neither were the neighbors and their screaming kids...
I had my 360 hooked up to the surround sound while playing Call of Duty 4. Needless to say...the neighbours were worried XD
Yeah.....on holiday in sweet Ballito on the sunny North Coast of Natal! We were however playin Buzz on the PS3 and things were getting a little out of hand and lets just say we had an offical complaint.

Also playing NHL 11.....the loader the volume the more it feels like you on the ice! I then received a knock on the door.......
Playing forza 3 on high volume on my xbox and TV... my dad tells me to put the volume down because he is watching TV downstairs... I dont hear him so he switches the power for my room off and comes in laughing, telling me my volume was so high that it tripped the power
Played GTA SAN ANDREAS and damn did i put the sound up loud and that game had alot of swearing in it so people came to our house and asked is everything ok at home and why are my parents allowing me to speak to them like that.
My neighbours knew I was going away for the weekend, my plans feel through and I instead decided to play some PS , Cabela's Big Game Hunter hooked up to surround sound. I live in a townhouse and my neighbours a policeman...need I say more!
Mw2 online ps3 version, i stay upstairs and play till early mornings , theres been a few nights where i wake my parents or my brother that stays downstairs with the noise i also use a singstar mic to speak to other players so it gets loud.
the launce of GEARS OF WAR i played that game so loud my mom came up and shouting "SON IT SOUNDS LIKE A WAR OUT THERE!" HAHAHAHA
Back in the battlefield 2 days i use to turn the sound up so loud the roof would literally shake when a tank rolled by and a due to this a part of the ceiling fell down the one day :) Lets just say sumopne was not happy...
Guitar Hero Metallica, neighbours complained
Definitely playing guitar hero, family members get peed off
Wow, Its been awhile since I've had decent sound. My brother actually took apart my sound after he got upset. But now he can't do anything.
I turned it up by 5 bars every few minutes.
eventually my mom came into the room and told me she's been screaming for 2 minutes to lower the volume.
Devil May Cry 3 (You can see how that soundtrack will drown ANYTHING out)
Yeah! Modern warfare 2 with a mate! We were oblivious to the fact it was getting late and my wife had gone to bed...she soon let us know:) she was not impressed with us:(
I was playing Fear 2 back in the day ... only one that got a fright from the noise was me :(
I play most of my games pretty loud, I preemptively put it softer when my dad gets home coz he gets pretty bummed when I do :)
The Godfather back when I was still in school. The sound effect when you crash a car sounds like someone breaking a window... My mom thought someone was trying to break in when I played at 3AM with the sound pretty loud.
God of War - Challenge of the Gods.Challenge 10 - i was gone so off my head swearing and breaking things my neigbours tought i was beating my girlfriend
GTA 4; The neighbors actually thought of calling for help. I played this for a week straight. At the end of the week i needed new eardrums and a lot of sleep.....the whole in-game mp3 player functionality just works....
Playing the Porno scenes in Dante's Inferno that I'm sure the neighbours jizzed in their pants.
Yes, I'm DEFINITLY guilty !! I cannot say WHICH game it was, as there have been so many, but the most notable, were probably the Call of Duty series. Those guns sound mighty realistic - especially when LOUD !!
I have had the neighbours call the police for playing heavy rain very loud!. They thought I was having a demestic with my girlfriend, only to find out it was from a game as she wasnt in all day as I dont work weekends lol.
My wife often asks if I think I have a personal cinema when I crank the subs and 6.2 surround sound while playing God of War 3. What can I say - Kratos told me to... :)
What an awesome prize!
I am often skelled at for disturbing the peace, and all I have is one of those PC 2.1 systems and one of the satellite speakers does'nt even work... More often than not it's when I play NFS: HP, it just sounds better when it's cranked up!
Yeah COD4 and MW2 I didnt realise how late it was, my parents would come in around 1am/2am and tell me its too loud. It woke them up from their sleep, so yeah it was pretty loud. Im sure the neighbours were quite upset as well, but luckily they never complained.
Well our neighbours are loud. And one fine saturday night(sunday morning) at about 2am they were having an insane party. Blasting meisie meisie from old KURT in our ears. So I spent the next 15min getting my gear ready. Now to clarify what I did. I have 2 creative labs subwoofers for surround sound on my xbox and on my pc(they are about 7years old now). Now I only used 2 speakers on each. Also I have an 25 year old kenwood amplifier that was given to me by my dad. The kenwood speakers stand about a metre high.
So I placed the speakers and subwoofers outside. Split my stereo jack 3 ways and booted up xbox live. My friends were still playing gears of war at that time in the morning so I joined their match. As soon as we entered the match I put the sound to FULL BASS FULL VOLUME. I did that for about 10min before our doorbell made this little buzz in my ear.(apparently they rang it 20 times before I answered) My neightbour was standing there with a P****D look on his face(from anger and from booze) We started a heated argument that almost ended in an epic battle similiar to the one I had on gears of war.
Good news is they stopped having their parties. Going about 9months party free. Bad news is the next day he(accidently) cut my ADSL with his chainsaw while trimming rose bushes. WITH A CHAINSAW.
playing demon's souls...I think the neighbours thought that some demons have moved in next door. Reassured them by playing little big planet louder.

Playing Shift on Playstation, I had to make sure that I get the feeling of "total immersion". Windows vibrating, ears going deaf, trying to make out what the neighbours are shouting, was totally awesome.
Played Fear 2 on my PS3 with the surround sound on, almost poo-ed in my pants and I'm sure the neighbours did to
Ive made such a noise, the Hawks are chasing down the boss,.....now for gaming....
No I haven't. I use headphones so the only people to complain would be the voices in my head.
well ripleys believe it or not, lol anyway this is what happen back then. i had a game called Sims, one of the old ones. anway so i had a loud sound system connected to my pc playing Sims, then one night while playing Sims i turned on my sound system loud and quickly went to the bathroom to take a quick shower and left Sims on playing automaticly. now my mom and dad was also home and had church people over for the night. then al of the sudden i heard growling noises and realised that Sims was on "Naughty Mode". my mom and dad and the church people heard the Naughty noises. so i quickly with hast jump out the shower with only a towel around my weist, quickly i turned down the volume. then my mom and dad and the church people looked down the hallway to my room, then i came out my room, slamed the door closed behind me, then the towel got stucked in the door on closing it, and left me standing naked in the hallway with everyone looking at me with wide eyes. my mom then said SHAME ON YOU BOY. my dad said WELL LIKE FARTHER LIKE SON . and i was so stoned, cause everyone thought i was doing the NAUGHTY lol.
well my sound was so loud, with Battle field in, gunfire and lots of explasions, that my neighbours thought that it was world war 3 outside lol.
Halo 3 with a friend of mine,My neighbor, wife and dog complained in sequence.
