EA Sports Active: More Workouts, the follow up to the popular EA Sports Active Personal Trainer, includes over 35 new exercises and fitness activities designed to help you get fit. Players can customise their own circuit training programmes, targeting the upper and lower body as well as cardio and abdonimal, and even take a 6 week workout challenge.
