Last year U2 passed up the opportunity to collaborate with Harmonix in a Rock Band project. Back then the popular Irish band was in talks with the publisher to lend their likeness and their songs to a new version of the rhythm series.
The Beatles, however, went full steam ahead and the faithful depictions of the band in The Beatles: Rock Band may just have changed U2’s mind on the matter.
Sony has announced that a video for Irish rock band U2’s ‘I’ll Go Crazy If I Don’t Go Crazy Tonight’ will be premiered exclusively on VidZone on the PS3 in the UK. This video exclusive will be ahead of the single’s release on the 17th of August.
VidZone was launched earlier this year in June as a free service, exclusive to PS3 owners. After downloading VidZone from the PlayStation Store, PS3 owners can view music videos on demand by streaming them directly to their PS3 and on to their TV screen.
