id Software’s Tim Willits has been with the legendary developer since the days of the original Quake, moving up from the position of level designer, to lead designer and now sitting in the lofty position of creative director for the company.

In this interesting video interview, Willits speaks about what new elements id Software is bringing to the first-person shooter genre with their upcoming game, RAGE, as well as what direction the company is taking with the game, and the technology that will help the team deliver the goods.
