I doubt I will ever own a bike that can go faster than my car. That does not mean I have a fast car. On the contrary, it means my bike will be dead slow. A much safer way to get your superbike thrills is by playing SBK-X, the game that follows the SuperBike Championship closely. It has everything you would expect from a biking game, apart from a vital gaming element that makes gaming such an attractive pastime. A demo for Black Bean Games’ SBK-X Superbike World Championship is now available on Xbox Live (to both Gold and Silver members), the PlayStation Network and to all PC gamers.
The demo lets players test out the Arcade and Simulation mode on the Portimao circuit in all the different weather conditions. Players will also be able to race against 15 opponents in the new Online Multiplayer mode when they download the demo.
Black Bean Games has officially announced that you’ll soon be able to sample the studio’s upcoming SBK-X Superbike World Championship racing game when the demo releases on May 19th this week on Xbox LIVE.
Black Bean Games has released an excellent launch trailer for SBK-X which is scheduled to be released on the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC on the 4th of June.
Of course you’ll also be able to indulge in the Special Edition, which will feature a unique Legendary Roster filled with the greatest World Superbike Series Stars such as Carl Fogarty and Ben Spies.

SBK X Superbike World Championship is on track to launch across the UK in May on the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.
The game is currently in development by Milestone Studios with Black Bean Games handling the publishing duties. It features a simple arcade mode but also promises to appeal to petrol heads thanks to the full simulation mode.
Black Bean Games have revealed the 2010 edition of SBK is already in the works. SBK X will be available for the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC in Quarter 2 of 2010.
According to the publisher, SBK X will be a real breakthrough as well as the “landmark, the crossroad and the turning point.”
