Konami has released a gory launch trailer for SAW II, and let me assure you that it lives up to the game’s subtitle, Flesh and Blood.
SAW II is the latest instalment in the publisher’s survival horror game series, and it’s available for the PS3 and Xbox 360 now in the US, with Europe following on the 28th of October in line with the release of the seventh Saw film, Saw VII 3D.
The game promises to haunt players with new traps, puzzles and a revamped combat system. It also includes the voice of Tobin Bell as Jigsaw and for the first time his likeness and image too.
Konami has released a bunch of new screenshots for the publisher’s next survival horror game, Saw II, and never fear because they certainly live up to the game’s subtitle: Flesh and Blood.

Konami has announced a US release date for the publisher’s next survival horror game, Saw II, and it just so happens that the title will be available in time for the seventh Saw film, Saw VII 3D
Additionally, a collection of creepy concept art from Saw II has been released, revealing some of the environments and implements of cruelty you’re bound to come across during the game.
A little earlier this year Konami announced that Saw II is currently in development for Xbox 360 and PS3, and is simply dying to release later this year to perhaps improve upon its predecessor.
While the series of Saw games have a long way to go in order to match up with the films for sheer quantity, from the looks of the latest trailer for Saw II we’re in for a quality survival-horror puzzle game that won’t go easy on the tension and gore:
Konami has announced that SAW 2 will be scaring PS3 and Xbox 360 gamers later this year. The sequel to the popular SAW title will be released in Autumn 2010.
SAW 2 will see players stepping back into Jigsaw’s twisted world, complete with new “stomach-twisting traps and puzzles, more visceral combat, and an all-new storyline that takes place between the second and third movie.”
