This week’s PlayStation Network update brings a ton of downloadable content to the service, and not much else.
On the US PlayStation Store, you’ll be able to find the game Age of Booty, a large variety of commentary packs for Fifa ’09 in different languages, as well as some interesting looking Need For Speed: Undercover DLC. On the European side, though, there’s a list of Dead Space content that may tickle your fancy. The usual assortment of Rock Band and Guitar Hero: World Tour tracks and track packs are also included.

Some good to great content available this week, with the release of the Metal Gear Solid 4 demo on both the European and US PSN, while Europe gets the Mirror’s Edge, Alone in the Dark and Tom Clancy’s End War demos.
LittleBigPlanet gets some add-on content, as well as the usual assortment of Guitar Hero World Tour and Rock Band songs for download. The full European and US PlayStation Network Update for the week follows bellow:
While it’s kind of a quiet update this week on the PlayStation Network, there are additions to the service that will get particular fans riled up and excited.
For one, there’s a PES 2009 demo on the European network. For another, there’s a Bioshock demo now available on both the US and European networks. There’s also the expected enormous list of Rock Band downloadable content as well as some interesting game videos for your perusal. Should provide some extended entertainment.
