Today’s European PlayStation Store update may count as one of the best of 2012 with a massive collection of full PlayStation 3 games, a demo for EA’s SSX snowboarding game, full entry to the Starhawk beta and tons of downloadable content to freshen up new and old games alike.

The latest US PlayStation Store update went live a bit later than expected this week but was certainly worth the wait. PS Plus members can download six classic Sega Genesis titles for free and enjoy discounts on a few PSN games, while the rest of the PSN community can download the latest entertaining episode of The Tester free of charge.
This week’s European PlayStation Store update is a wild ride from start to finish. If you’re a fan of classic titles from yesteryear then you should be thrilled to see Fear Effect 2: Retro Helix on this week’s list as well as over a dozen PS2 titles such as SSX On Tour, God Hand and Maximo. I’m really looking forward to seeing more PS2 titles on the Store in the coming weeks, and hopefully it won’t be too long before the likes of Kingdom Hearts 1 & 2 and Persona 3 & 4 will be available to purchase.
This week’s US PlayStation Store update includes the first batch of titles from PS Vita’s launch line-up. Unfortunately you’ll need to search for each game as there’s no PS Vita category on the Store at the moment.
PS Vita demos seem few and far between at this early stage, although I did manage to uncover one for Rayman Origins which is over 900MB in size.
This week’s US PlayStation Store update is going to be the biggest in its five-year history thanks to sixteen PS Vita titles being added to the Store’s digital shelves.
The Store update will go live on February 14th, one day before thousands of lucky gamers in North America get their hands on the PS Vita First Edition Bundle.
Woah! This week’s PlayStation Store update has so much gaming goodness that it’s difficult to know where to begin. From the digital version of Catherine ($39.99) to the Jak and Daxter Collection ($39.99) - there’s enough new content here to entertain you for a month, never mind a week.
This week’s US PlayStation Store update is a case of quality over quantity. There’s not a whole lot of new content but the latest additions are still likely to get many a PlayStation fan paying the Store a visit to sample some of this week’s delights.
In just a few short hours, the latest content publish for the European PlayStation Store will go live. With it, you’ll gain access to full games like Duke Nukem Forever and Pinballistik, demos for The Darkness II and UFC Undisputed 3 and special price offers on a ton of Final Fantasy games. A ton!
Downloadable content for games like Assassin’s Creed: Revelations and LittleBigPlanet 2 will also appear on the store today, but you can see the full list of new digital items soon to materialise on the virtual storefront below:
This week’s PlayStation Store update includes a number of highlights scattered across a variety of categories. There’s not much new content or offers for PS Plus members, but regular PSN users can enjoy five free downloads (four demos and one Beta) thanks to the update.
The Gotham City Imposters Beta gives you the chance to sample the game’s 6 vs 6 multiplayer matches. If frenetic, fun, multiplayer mayhem is what you’re after, then definitely give this Beta a look.
This week’s PlayStation Store update has a number of highlights to satisfy a diverse range of PSN users.
PS Plus subscribers can enjoy early access to the Starhawk Beta as well as 50% off twelve recent PSN titles such as Rochard and Payday: The Heist.
Look out!
It’s time for the latest European PlayStation Store content update… well, not quite time yet. The publish goes live in a few hours, but until then pore over the list of digital delights you can look forward to, including demos for Asura’s Wrath, Grand Slam Tennis 2 and Final Fantasy XIII-2!
Full games such as the creepy AMY and tons of downloadable content will also become available later today - rummage through the full list of items due to be unleashed on the European PlayStation Store below:
This week’s US PlayStation Store update is chockablock with demos for a variety of high profile titles, and also serves up plenty of great deals on a wide range of compelling software.
PlayStation Plus members receive the biggest savings on a slew of EA titles released in 2011, with up to 30% off games like Crysis ($10.49) and Burnout Crash! ($4.89). PS Plus subscribers also have the luxury of downloading the latest episode of Qore for free. This month’s episode features a behind-the-scenes scoop on Twisted Metal and takes a closer look at Sony’s upcoming portable marvel - the PS Vita.
It seems as though we’re in a bit of a post-holiday, pre-season lull here with the upcoming European PlayStation Store content publish, because there really isn’t all that much to write home about. Or write about, even.
Unless you’re interested in the classic PSOne game, Wild Arms. Or a full PlayStation 3 game, All Zombies Must Die. Or downloadable content for The King of Fighters XIII, Batman: Arkham City, MotorStorm Apocalypse or Rock Band 3.
And some miscellaneous videos and themes.
So it turns out there’s still some interesting content, not to mention some free stuff and discounts for PlayStation Plus members!
Find out what you can expect to see on the European PlayStation Store a little later today:
