This week’s PlayStation Store update is headlined by two long-awaited PSN releases - Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Episode II and PixelJunk 4am. Thankfully there are trials for both games so you shouldn’t have to experience any buyer’s remorse if you play your cards right.
Although there aren’t too many sparkling gems in this week’s PlayStation Store content drop, there are a couple of great specials being run for price-conscious PSN users. There’s currently a massive PixelJunk sale underway that sees some of PSN’s best titles selling for just $1! Even better, if you’re interested in exploring Uncharted 2’s multiplayer modes you’ll be pleased to know that five UC2 add-ons including the Siege Expansion Pack are now absolutely free. Thank you Naughty Dog!
This week’s PlayStation Store update is one of the most exciting content drops we’ve seen in a long time. There’s truly something for everyone this week, whether you’re into PS Plus freebies, new PS Vita games, or augmenting your PSone and PS2 Classics collection.
This week’s PlayStation Store update serves up a wealth of new PSN games, demos and PSone/PS2 classics. There’s very little content for PS Vita this week, besides an add-on course and car for Ridge Racer as well as the long-awaited Skype app which effectively turns the handheld into a mobile communications device with video chat functionality.
This week’s PlayStation Store update doesn’t have too many highlights but fans of arcade shooters, exclusive Betas or new PS Vita content should find something worthwhile in the latest content drop.
This week’s PlayStation Store update has a little something for everyone whether you’re a fan of pinball, 2D fighting games or classic PS2 RPGs. There’s also lots of new DLC to browse through, including free content for Mass Effect 3 and Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City, as well as a new map pack for Uncharted 3.
This week’s PlayStation Store update brings another healthy dose of PS Plus freebies that include the likes of Shift 2: Unleashed, Shank 2 and Silent Hill. PS Plus subscribers also get 50% off a range of Mortal Kombat content so there’s never been a better time to fulfil your kombat kravings!
Earlier this week we posted a preview of what PlayStation Plus subscribers with US PSN accounts could expect in April. Today Sony Computer Entertainment Europe revealed next month’s PS Plus content for our region and it bears a close resemblance to the US list.
This week’s US PlayStation Store update only boasts three new games, but with dozens of titles currently on sale it’s still in your best interests to pay the Store a visit over the next few days.
The Spring Fever promotion enters its last week with massive discounts being offered on a number of Tom Clancy titles. Regular PSN users get 30% off the original price while PlayStation Plus subscribers can enjoy savings of up to 75% on just over a dozen Tom Clancy games.
PlayStation Plus subscribers with US PSN accounts can look forward to another round of exclusive content from next Tuesday, April 3rd. Next month’s offering is particularly generous, with freebies including the recently released side-scroller Shank 2, last year’s high-octane racer Shift 2: Unleashed and the PSone Classic Silent Hill.
This week’s PlayStation Store update is headlined by the massive ‘Spring Fever’ sale on ten Final Fantasy games. PS Plus members get 50% off the original price while regular PSN users can enjoy a 30% discount across all these titles. If you’ve had your eye on some of the Final Fantasy PSone Classics for a while, now is the perfect time to add them to your collection. PSP and PS Vita owners should definitely check out Final Fantasy IV: The Complete Collection as it features redrawn backgrounds and character art, making it one of the most visually appealing titles in the series.
This week’s PlayStation Store update once again appeals to a wide variety of tastes. The highlight for me personally is Journey - a PSN title which will be remembered for a long time to come for the singular, emotional experience it delivers during your trek through a desolate but beautiful landscape. If you’re keen to play Journey from start to finish with a mystery co-op companion by your side then now is the best time to jump in and undertake this memorable adventure.
The first PlayStation Store update of the month brings lots of exciting new content for PS Plus members to download. Freebies this month include Trine 2, Sly Raccoon HD and the PSone Classic Jet Rider, while Plus subscribers also gain early access to Journey - the latest masterpiece from Flow and Flower developer thatgamecompany.
Frozenbyte’s beautiful co-op puzzle platformer Trine 2 is now available from the European PlayStation Store after a three-month delay. In a generous move, publisher Atlus has decided to reward European gamers’ patience by offering a 30% discount on Trine 2 for the next two weeks. You can pick it up for just £6.49 / R75 during this period.
