In a bit of a shocking turn of events (if you paid no attention to the rumours), Patrice Désilets, a Ubisoft stalwart of 13 years and creative director on Assassin’s Creed and Assassin’s Creed II, has joined THQ and will be in charge of staffing up the publisher’s newly announced Montreal studio.
This news follows Désilets’s departure from Ubisoft earlier this year, just before E3 week.
April Fool’s Day is usually a torrid, confusing time for Mother Internet and her children, and for those that can afford to do so, it’s a good opportunity to stay away from the craziness and nonsense that gets passed around.
Sometimes, however, little gems will emerge on April 1st that otherwise may not have come to be - little projects that are days, weeks and sometimes even months in the making come to light to bring a smile to your face.
This latest video, a collaboration between Ubisoft and Kojima Productions, is such a gem, and should be watched by all fans of Assassin’s Creed and Metal Gear Solid - it’s truly awesome and properly hilarious!
