With the release of X-Men: Destiny recently, the world received an action adventure game set in the storied universe of the genetically evolved superheroes, the X-Men, but instead of limiting you to a choice of one of these tights-wearing, superpower-wielding adventurers, this game allows you to choose from a cast of three new characters.
As one of these characters, you’ll be able to collect the powers of a number of famous X-Men, continuing to add to your range of awesome abilities, while learning their respective backstories as they become some of the most potent fighters the world has ever seen!

South African videogame distributor Megarom has just announced a few different reasons to attend the show, too, and will be bringing a massive collection of unreleased games to rage 2011.
With the release of Driver: San Francisco around the world over the past week, Ubisoft has successfully injected new life and interest in a fan-favourite franchise, and by the sounds of internet chatter, the latest entry to the series is a triumphant return!
To celebrate, El33tonline and Ubisoft South Africa held a quick-fire competition to give away a massive Driver: San Francisco hamper, which included a PS3 copy of the game, a soundtrack on LP, a t-shirt and more.
This prize is awesome indeed, but who of our competition entrants will be receiving it in the mail?
If you’ve already made plans to pick up Jonah Lomu Rugby Challenge first thing on Thursday morning you may want to cancel them and move them forward by one day. That’s because the game’s distributor in South Africa - Megarom Interactive - has announced that they will release the title a day early due to “immense pressure and enthusiasm from fans and retailers alike”.
Driver: San Francisco is now available in most European territories, and will soon launch in the US, too. Unfortunately, those of us in South Africa will have to wait a little while longer to get our hands on the game’s action racing and unique ‘Shift’ ability.
To try and help make up for the small delay, El33tonline and Megarom are giving away a massive, whopping Driver: San Francisco hamper which includes all kinds of awesome goodies, as well as a PlayStation 3 version of the game.
