Last week Nintendo revealed that Jam with the Band would be hitting shelves across Europe for the DS and DSi on the 21st of May. Today the publisher confirmed a few more details about the new DS title, including a partial tracklist.
In addition to jamming to a collection of 50 popular songs that will come pre-installed with the game, Jam with the Band will enable players to program their own versions of famous songs and share them with other players, much like Rhythm Paradise and Wii Music.
Nintendo has released an extensive release schedule for its line-up of games planned to launch in Europe during the next few months, from now until June.
Some release dates we know about, like Super Mario Galaxy 2 and Sin and Punishment: Successor of the Skies, while the announcement that Jam With the Band for the DS has been delayed internationally (despite a previously announced release date) puts that game’s launch under some scrutiny.
Curiously, Metroid: Other M for the Wii isn’t on the list (it’s dated for June 27th in North America), which means the title will probably only release outside of the second quarter of this year in Europe.
