Announced recently on the US PlayStation Blog, a producer at Sony Computer Entertainment America (SCEA), Taku Imasaki, announced the addition of three new cars to the game, as well as gameplay and performance enhancements.

The GT by Citroen

The first car, the GT by Citroen concept car is the result of a collaboration between Citroen (the French automaker) and Polyphony Digital (the creators of Gran Turismo). Apparently, the formal debut of the car took place at the Paris Motor Show recently to coincide with the release of the update. The two other cars are the Ferrari California and the Lotus Evora, which Imasaki assures us are “a lot of fun to drive”. The GT by Citroen will go for 1 000 000 credits in the game, the Ferrari will cost 300 000 credits and the Lotus will set you back 100 000 in-game credits.
