Legendary has been in development for quite some time, having seen its fair share of trade show events over the years. It’s even gone through a slight name change, from Legendary: The Box to just plain Legendary (thank goodness).
To mark its upcoming release, the box art for the game has been released, showing off some of the main adversaries you’ll encounter as you take on the role of Charles Deckard, an art thief who unwittingly steals and opens Pandora’s Box, releasing a multitude of demons and monsters into the world. A first person shooter, Legendary tasks you with battling beasts, such as werewolves and gryphons, alongside resistance groups and the military in a modern-day setting.
In development at Spark Unlimited (hopefully finishing up) and published by the raucous fellows over at Gamecock Media Group, Legendary is finally being released on October 24th in the UK and Europe, while the US gets it on October 21st. Hold thumbs it’s any good.
Gamecock has announced Velvet Assassin will be available for the Xbox 360 as well as the PC this fall.
Formerly known as Sabotage, Velvet Assassin is being developed by Replay Studios. Set in Europe during World War II, Velvet Assassin is a stealth action game inspired by British agent Violette Szabo.
The game places players in the shoes of Violette Summer as she heads into battle with no official support from the British Government and seeks to defeat the Third Reich.
