Now that we know which games and downloadable content performed the best over the PlayStation Network in terms of sales last year, a list of top-selling Xbox LIVE Arcade games for 2011 has recently been published, revealing Ubisoft’s From Dust and Microsoft’s Full House Poker as the leaders by revenue and unit sales, respectively.
The good Major Nelson, bringer of all things awesome and pure to do with Xbox, recently sent out a heads-up to all prospective Xbox LIVE Marketplace browsers to let us know what Xbox LIVE Arcade content we can expect to appear this Wednesday, December 14th - this list is jam-packed!

You’ve by now no doubt heard of The Gunstringer for Xbox 360 and Kinect, the next highly unique title from indie studio Twisted Pixel (Comic Jumper, Ms. Splosion Man) that enables you to control the game’s platform and shooting action using nothing but your own hand and body movements
You may have also heard of a game called Fruit Ninja Kinect, which similarly allows you to take advantage of some controller-free gaming, only in this game you’ll be slicing up a variety of flying fruit by swiping and swinging your hands in the air.
How are these two games related? Not only do they both use Kinect, but you’ll be able to buy both of them in a single bundle this September for an excellent price.
Summer of Arcade 2011 kicks off on July 20th on Xbox LIVE Arcade, and today Xbox frontman Major Nelson has announced the release schedule for the games included in this year’s promotion, with titles such as Bastion, From Dust and Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet dated.
