Coming soon to Xbox LIVE, PlayStation Network and PC, the just-announced Mass Effect 3 ‘Rebellion Pack’ will add new multiplayer maps, weapons, gear and kits to the experience you know and love.
The best part? Rebellion Pack is completely free for anyone who has redeemed their Online Pass for Mass Effect 3, so if you’re already playing the game online, this content is on its way to you.
The number of retail titles available in digital format on the PlayStation Store is constantly growing, and next month we’ll be able to download two more classic PS3 games from the Store - Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune and Uncharted 2: Among Thieves Game of the Year Edition. These games will be arriving on the US PS Store on June 26th, with pricing details still to be announced.
If you’re looking forward to Tekken Tag Tournament 2’s release in September then you’re sure to be excited for the game’s initial batch of free DLC. Despite what people may think, Oltman is not the only one around these parts that is a fanatic for free things. When it comes to free, I will do almost anything that doesn’t threaten my life (unless it’s something worth the risk) to secure the freebie - heck, I’d even buy Fat Free yoghurt because the fat is free!
Escape Plan has proved a popular choice for PS Vita owners since it made its debut alongside the handheld’s worldwide launch. This cleverly-designed puzzle platformer requires both lateral thinking and sharp reflexes to master, making it one of the more challenging titles in the PS Vita’s launch line-up.
Escape Plan’s slow-paced puzzle platforming may not be to everyone’s tastes but it still proved popular enough to outperform every other PS Vita launch title to take top honours on the PSN chart for February.
Kid Icarus: Uprising is one of the biggest 3DS titles this year so its impending release (March 23rd) is cause for celebration. The game has been receiving rave reviews thus far, with Japanese publication Famitsu giving it a perfect score.
Dungeon Defenders, the cute and extremely addictive tower defence action RPG from Trendy Entertainment, is available to play for free this weekend on Steam!

With only nine days to go until the PS Vita’s worldwide launch Sony is doing its best to ensure that consumers are aware of the intrinsic benefits of owning this sleek device.
One of the system’s biggest selling points is the large number of free services and content you can enjoy simply by owning a Vita and connecting to the internet.
One of the most innovative titles to be released during the last couple of years is Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective for the DS. This award-winning adventure game is the brainchild of Shu Takumi - the creator of the Ace Attorney series, and is now available to download from iTunes as a “free” app.
Yesterday Nintendo released a fun messaging app for the 3DS called Nintendo Letter Box (known as Swapnote in the US). You can download it for free from the Nintendo eShop and immediately start sending and receiving messages via StreetPass or SpotPass.
The app has a number of cool features, including the option to attach photos and sound effects to your messages. You can also create 3D drawings and text simply by switching between two planes on the fly, and each message can be up to four pages long.
Last week I posted an article highlighting the fact that four free Dark Souls dynamic themes were available on the Japanese PlayStation Store. Today five more dynamic themes have been added to the Store and are now available to download along with last week’s offerings.
