Time is ticking away and the weekend is almost upon us - and not a second too soon!
With preparations for E3 2012 ongoing, loads of pre-E3 news beginning to break through and a huge haul of game releases this week, we’re all going to need a good break this weekend.
There’ll be opportunities for fun tomorrow with DBNGamers 6th Sense and games will indeed be played, but the looming presence of E3 will be keeping us busy as we continue to make plans for our coverage of the show.
What else is going on this weekend? Members of El33tonline let you know in this latest Pre-W33kend Post, but we’re keen to know what you’ll be keeping busy with, too:
With the news today that El33tonline has been featured in the latest edition of EA Insider, we reckon it’s almost time to put a bow on this week and put our feet up… but not before telling you a few tales of the weekend to come as we look at what activities members of El33tonline will be filling their time with over the next two days.
Jumping castles and 3DS Coin collection? Bittersweet goodbyes and journeys to fantasy lands? Secret previews, E3 plans, maximum payne and blue speedsters?
Sounds like a regular old weekend around here - we’re so boring! Inject some excitement into proceedings and let us know your plans, too!
We’ve almost made it to the weekend, everybody! That golden period of time when we’re finally given a chance to exhale, breathe and recharge for next week’s challenges by indulging in some relaxation.
Well, that’s mostly correct. Some, if not most of us are still going to be working this weekend. Or studying. Or rushing around completing chores… If this is you, we sincerely hope you’re able to sneak a bit of ‘me time’ in this weekend and grab a few moments to yourself.
As for members of El33tonline, our goals are clear: Gaming, rugby, family time and rest. Here’s what we’ll be up to over the next two days, but don’t hesitate to tell us your plans for the weekend, too:
It’s funny how a shorter week can seem longer than a normal one. But never fear, because the weekend is upon us again and we’ve got some awesome relaxing and gaming time planned!
It was Freedom Day in South Africa today so we were all off chilling and relaxing while keeping firmly in mind the strides our country has made towards true freedom for all of its citizens, all on the back of great sacrifices.
As Lisa points out below, there’s still a ways to go for the people and government of South Africa in this (and other) regards, but we’re still very proud to live in this great nation.
How did members of El33tonline spend their Freedom Day today and what are we up to this weekend? Find out below, but also be sure to fill us in on your goings-on, too:
It’s that time of the week when we breathe a sigh of relief and take some time out to relax, spend time with friends and family, and put our feet up with a controller in our hands.
Here’s what we’ll be up to this weekend, what will you be doing?
Slow and steady wins the race, plain sailing at an even pace… it’s Friday… and… there’s no energy left to complete that rhyme.
We’re signing off for today after an exciting week of news, previews, interviews and media from Capcom’s Captivate 2012 showcase event, with new reveals for Resident Evil 6, DmC, Dragon’s Dogma and more, as well as the surprise announcement of Lost Planet 3!
Before we slink off into the night, a few members of El33tonline let us know what they’ll be up to this weekend, so it’s only fair that you tell us what games you’ll be playing over the next two days, too:
The long weekend beginning tomorrow is a welcome one, giving us a chance to return back to a cycle of normalcy. Perhaps leave old habits behind so we can forge some new, healthier ones!
If that makes sense, then you’re in good company.
