Being quite the supporter of indie games, I love to support indie bundles - they’re a great way for indie developers to get their games marketed and sold, often while supporting a charity in the process.
The Indie Royale bundles go a bit further as they often team indie game developers up with indie musicians. These bundles provide great games and great music for such a low price that it feels like theft. The bundle works on a minimum price for the bundle currently on special - if you pay more than the minimum price you often get a special bonus.
Dungeon Defenders, the cute and extremely addictive tower defence action RPG from Trendy Entertainment, is available to play for free this weekend on Steam!
When looking at the bi-weekly Xbox LIVE Activity charts from your friend and mine, Major Nelson, it’s important to keep in mind that these lists represent the most popular games played while connected to Xbox LIVE, and not necessarily played over Xbox LIVE, like a multiplayer game.
So with this information it shouldn’t be a surprise to find The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim appearing at number three in the list of most popular Xbox LIVE games this past week, behind Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and Black Ops, and ahead of FIFA 12 and Battlefield 3.
