Local distributor Apex Interactive has announced via Twitter that highly anticipated console title Catherine won’t be released tomorrow as planned.
Apex didn’t cite a reason for the delay but said the game is now expected to release next Friday, March 9th in South Africa.
Industry site MCV is reporting that Capcom’s over-the-top action brawling game Asura’s Wrath has been delayed by two weeks.
Games remastered in HD don’t have the best track record when it comes to releasing on time, and unfortunately the Silent Hill HD Collection continues this trend.
Konami has announced that the compilation of Silent Hill 2 and 3 for Xbox 360 and PS3 will miss its scheduled January 24th release date, and will now arrive at retailers sometime in March.
During a recent investor call, Ubisoft announced that both Driver: San Francisco and Ghost Recon: Future Soldier have been delayed from their previously held release windows of the first quarter of 2011, into fiscal 2012.
As a result, neither game will see a release before March 2011, and may even be pushed back into the end of year holiday season.
