The adult adventure game Catherine has officially been stamped with a European release date. Although we already knew the game would be hitting shelves in February, developer Atlus had not shared information of the exact date with us…until now that is.
Gamers with a penchant for quirky limited editions will want to take a good look at publisher Deep Silver’s recently announced ‘Stray Sheep Edition’ for adult adventure Catherine.
The game will be released in European territories sometime during February next year, and for £15 extra (i.e. £55) you can pick up the limited edition of Catherine on either PS3 or Xbox 360.
Catherine has been a huge success for developer Atlus thus far, with over half a million copies sold since it was released in Japan and the US earlier this year.
Fortunately this quirky title for PS3 and Xbox 360 will also be making its way to European territories next year thanks to Dead Island publisher Deep Silver. The game was recently pegged for a February release, with the exact date to be confirmed in the coming weeks.
The first round of downloadable content for Dead Island will be out next month.
Catherine, a genre-crossing puzzle-platform adventure game from Atlus, will finally find its way into North America next week as it releases on July 26th in the region, but the game has until now not had a very bright future in Europe.
E3 is hotting up for sure! First, a Star Wars reveal and now a ZOMBIE update! Here I was thinking E3 would be another damp zombieless squib, but the latest Dead Island trailer is worth the whole price of admission as far as I’m concerned.
Publisher Deep Silver today released the box art for Dead Island, their upcoming first-person action game set to release later this year on the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.
And just in case you were wondering, yes it is suitably creepy.
Remember that jaw-dropping, haunting Dead Island trailer? The one that was released yesterday? If you don’t, you’ve got the shortest of memories, but then again, maybe you’re just trying to block out the horror you may have witnessed?
Either way, you can jog your memory (and bring those repressed memories back to the surface) by eyeballing an impressive set of released screenshots for this first-person action game.
