To celebrate its one year birthday, and until January 15th, you can go and claim Petri ‘Master of Experimental Gameplay’ Purho’s excellent puzzle game, Crayon Physics Deluxe, for whatever price you see fit to pay.
Crayon Physics Deluxe is a physics-based puzzler in which you’re tasked with moving a ball across a level to reach a star. To complete challenges, you’re able to draw objects of any shape and size into the world to create paths for the ball, remove obstructions or force the ball to move (and all of the above).
Crayon Physics Deluxe has a wonderfully light and childlike motif, and it makes the game a joy to play (yes, a joy!). Did I mention it was the winner of the Seumas McNally Grand Prize at 2008’s Independent Games Festival? Well now you know!
Don’t miss out! Visit Crayon Physics Deluxe’s website over here and pay what you want for the game! There’s a demo available to test the game out, which gives a good indication of the challenges to come, but only offers a slice of what you can expect.
