Nintendo has announced that the DSi XL will be available in three bright new colours across Europe this October.
The publisher will be launching the newest addition to its handheld gaming family in yellow, green and blue on the 8th of October. This new range of colour options was launched in Japan in June and has proved popular since then.
Of course you’ll still be able to purchase the two launch colours, Wine Red and Dark Brown, if you choose.
Nintendo of America want to add a splash of colour into your Wii-white wardrobe this Valentine’s Day, and to do this they are introducing the Wii Remote in pink and blue.
The new colours will be available on the 14th of February, bundled with the new Wii Motion-Plus accessory, for $49.99.

Nintendo has announced that new Black Friday DSi bundles will be available across the US on the 27th of November. The new Metallic Blue or White Nintendo DSi systems will come pre-installed with over $20 in software value but will only be available while supplies last for $169.99.
Mario fans will want to get their hands on the Metallic Blue DSi which comes pre-installed with five Mario-themed DSiWare titles: Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Minis March Again; Dr. Mario Express; WarioWare: Snapped; Mario Calculator; and Mario Clock.
The Nintendo DS Lite has just received a fresh coat of paint. It will be available in Red, Turquoise and Green across Europe today, each priced at £99.
As previously mentioned there are currently four colours available in Europe: White, Smart Black, Coral Pink and Platinum.

Sony of Japan has announced that a new metallic blue PSP will be released in Japan on the 17th of July.
Japanese gamers can look forward to two limited offer PSP packs in Metallic Blue colour. The PSP Metallic Blue Value Pack and the PSP Metallic Blue 1 Seg Pack will be available for 23 800 yen and 29 800 yen respectively.
The PSP Metallic Blue Value Pack is a great starter pack that includes a new Metallic Blue PSP, pouch, hand strap, cloth, a 32MB Memory Stick Duo and a D Terminal AV Cable. The PSP Metallic Blue 1 Seg Pack includes a Metallic Blue PSP, a pouch in the same blue colour, 1 Seg tuner, a stand to place the PSP for TV viewing, strap, cloth and a 1GB Memory Stick Pro Duo.
Not content with one new colour entering the market, Sony of Japan also announced a new Cinnabar Red PS2 will become available in Japan on the 3rd of July. The new colour will be available as a limited offer and will retail at 16 000 yen.
Last but not least, a new PlayStation Eye Camera Pack will become available for the PS3 in Japan on the 24th of July. The pack will retail at 5 000 yen and consists of a PlayStation Eye Camera and Memoushon, a software title containing six compatible casual games called Make, Look, Solve, Play, Fly, and Move.
Make enables players to edit images and sounds recorded through the camera while Look is an interactive virtual aquarium. Solve is a puzzle game where players must change the labyrinth’s floor surface by moving their hands and rolling the ball to the goal while Play is a puzzle action game where players must save sticky creatures by moving their hands. Fly is an interactive art experience where players travel over ancient Japanese paintings by sending birds over the painting using hands and body movement whereas Move creates visual effects from body movement and sound.
Nintendo has announced that three new Nintendo DS Lite colours will be available across Europe this summer.
The new Red, Turquoise and Green Nintendo DS Lites are scheduled to hit shelves on the 13th of June, each priced at £99. Currently there are four colours available in Europe: White, Smart Black, Coral Pink and Platinum.
The DS Lite is available in Crystal White, Ice Blue, Enamel Navy, Nobel Pink, Jet Black, Metallic Rose and Gloss Silver in Japan. North American gamers can choose between Polar White, Onyx, Coral Pink, Crimson/Onyx and Cobalt/Black.
