The time has come. To pay MS Points. On Castlevania DLC. And take advantage (of this edition of the Xbox LIVE Deal of the Week).
How do we sleep when the deals are burning (on Xbox LIVE Marketplace)? How can we dance (in Dance Central) when the deals are calling?
ahem
So… here is a list of the latest special price offerings in this week’s Xbox LIVE Deal of the Week:
It’s time to kick the habit. I’ve been patient with you. I’ve been kind and I’ve offered professional help. But now it has to stop. This addiction to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is out of control.
Don’t tell me that ‘millions of people play it on Xbox LIVE every week’ and that you’re ‘no different.’ If ‘millions of people’ bought those $15 map packs, would you do the same?
Oh…
You’re in too deep. You’re tearing our dorm room apart! We want to play Halo 3 and Call of Duty: World at War!
Elsewhere, on Xbox LIVE:
The third game in Xbox LIVE’s ‘Summer of Arcade’ celebration is Konami’s Castlevania: Harmony of Despair, a multiplayer action platform game that invites you into a giant, spooky house filled with creepy enemies and asks you to rid said house of said creepy occupants.
With friends.
The game features an awesome ‘zoom’ mechanic, allowing you to see the entirety of the current location, as well as find out where your friends and enemies are.
You can see that neat addition to the classic Castlevania series in a whole bunch of gameplay videos, and find out about the game’s extended features with a developer interview, below:
The third annual Xbox LIVE Summer of Arcade will kick off this month, on July 21st, with the release of Playdead’s eerie and intriguing adventure platform game, Limbo, while four subsequent Xbox LIVE Arcade releases following in consecutive weeks will round out this event celebrating the joys Summer… indoors, playing on your Xbox 360.
Other titles included in this year’s Summer of Arcade are Hydro Thunder Hurricane, Castlevania: Harmony of Despair, Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light, and Monday Night Combat.
