Nintendo has today announced that a black version of the new Wii (revealed earlier this year) will soon become available bundled with Mario Kart Wii, which the company says is “a perfect present for racing fans this Christmas.”
Microsoft will be releasing two new Xbox 360 holiday bundles.
The first bundle contains a 250GB Xbox 360, Kinect as well as a copy of Kinect Adventures and Carnival Games: Monkey See Monkey Do and a 3 month Xbox LIVE Gold subscription. This bundle will be available across the US for $399.

That aside, thanks to this year’s San Diego Comic-Con we’ve been able to clap eyes on a Limited Edition Kinect Star Wars Xbox 360 console (which is apparently the very first custom-designed Xbox 360), inspired by classic Star Wars companions R2-D2 and C-3PO.
Priced at $449.99 and available this ‘Holiday’ alongside the release of the Kinect Star Wars game, this bundle will include the first ever white Kinect sensor, as well as the following:
Sony has revealed that a Limited Edition PS3 Call of Duty: Black Ops bundle will be “coming soon” to North America.
We’ve known the official North American release date for inFamous 2 for quite some time now. We’ve also known about the special editions of this high-octane action adventure game for almost three months.
In the interim, between these reveals and now, quite a lot of inFamous 2 media and information has also been released, with brand new trailers, screenshots and information on the mission creation aspect of the game.
But you know what important inFamous 2 information we haven’t seen yet? An official European release date announcement for the game, and clues about the special editions gamers in the region will be privy to on launch.

Good news from Major Nelson today has revealed that a brand new Xbox 360 bundle (yes, a new one!) will be making its way to stores over the next few weeks!
Better news is that the bundle will include two of the console’s best games to get you started on your gaming path!
Just in case you were looking to buy an Xbox 360 a little later this year, it’s been announced that a special Call of Duty: Black Ops Premium Bundle will become available at the same time as Activision’s blockbuster game, on November 9th.
The Premium Bundle will include a copy of Call of Duty: Black Ops, a 250GB Xbox 360 S with built-in WiFi, and a black wireless controller.
Of special interest to South African consumers will be the inclusion of one month’s free access to an Xbox LIVE Gold membership, which will be just in time to test out on the country’s brand spanking new Xbox LIVE service on November 10th.
Microsoft has plans to release a Special Edition of Kinectimals in North America. This limited edition will include a copy of the game as well as a Plush Toy.
This news comes via US retailer listings which spilt the beans that a Blue Maltese Tiger Plush Toy will be available at GameStop and a King Cheetah Plush Toy at Toys R’ Us. Of course you’ll be able to use the code that’s included with the bundle to unlock the digital versions of these animals in Kinectimals. The bundles both cost $60.
Microsoft has just taken the wraps off a Special Edition Xbox 360 250GB with Kinect that will be available across the UK and Ireland on the 10th of November.
This special offer will allow UK gamers to get their hands on a black Xbox 360 250GB console, a Kinect sensor and a copy of Kinect Adventures for £299.99 for a limited time.
Sony has revealed the box art for God of War: Ghost of Sparta, Kratos’ next adventure which is set to begin on the PSP on the 2nd of November across North America.
The publisher also detailed the Limited Edition God of War: Ghost of Sparta PSP Bundle which will include six pre-order bonuses (which you can read more about over here) as well as a black and red two-toned PSP-3000, 2GB Memory Stick Pro Duo and Kick Ass UMD Movie. You’ll also get the God of War: Ghost of Sparta game as well as a PlayStation Network downloadable game voucher for God of War: Chains of Olympus.
Sony Computer Entertainment America has announced a release date for the upcoming extended adventures of Kratos on the PSP, God of War: Ghost of Sparta.
Additionally, two pre-order options have been detailed which will give hardcore God of War fans the option of getting all kinds of extra downloadable content (DLC) for the game, or a special Ghost of Sparta PSP bundle with some excellent content… or both!
