Majesco Entertainment have announced that Bananagrams, “The award-winning anagram game that will drive you bananas,” will be coming to Facebook.

Bananagrams gives players a set of letter tiles from a central tile pile, with which they need to form words. The thing is, all of the players will be placing their tiles at the same time, creating interconnected words simultaneously, instead of in a turn-based manner. Facebook players can play solo or with up to eight people online, while also having access to two single player modes to hone your skills or to try and beat word-creation times set by your friends. Bananagrams will be available as a FaceBook application on August 18th. Mark you calendars!
