Late last week Telltale Games (Sam & Max, Tales of Monkey Island) confirmed that not only is the development team working on episodic game adaptations of comic books ‘Fables’ and ‘The Walking Dead,’ while continuing work on games based on ‘Jurassic Park’ and ‘Back to the Future,’ but the studio also revealed that it would be bringing a classic Sierra-borne (Activision-owned) franchise back to life: King’s Quest.
Last week saw the release of the very first screenshots for Telltale Games’ next adventure game, Back to the Future: The Game (of course based on the cult classic series of films, Back to the Future).
Today we’re given an opportunity to spy the game in motion with the very first trailer!
Telltale Games has released the first three screenshots for its upcoming game, Back to the Future.
The game will feature the likenesses of Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd, while Christopher Lloyd will reprise his voice role as Doc Brown and A.J. Locascio will voice Marty McFly. Bob Gale, the man behind the Back to the Future trilogy’s screenplays, is also involved in the game’s creation, which will be set predominantly in the 1980’s Hill Valley.
Telltale Games has revealed that they are working on two new episodic game series based on the popular NBC Universal films, Back to the Future and Jurassic Park.
Back to the Future will be Telltale’s first project. It will be a “season” based on the film trilogy of the same name and is expected to be available this winter. Jurassic Park will follow shortly after Marty McFly and Dr. Emmet Brown’s adventures.
