Xbox mouthpiece Major Nelson has let everyone know that the Xbox team has permanently lowered prices for three Xbox LIVE Arcade games, namely Braid, Cloning Clyde and 3 On 3 NHL Arcade.

If you’re an Xbox LIVE Gold member, you’re in luck, because you’ll be able to take advantage of a price drop for the Xbox LIVE Arcade title, 3 on 3 NHL Arcade, in this week’s XBLA Deal of the Week.

3 on 3 NHL Arcade usually goes for 800 MS Points, but for one week only, Xbox LIVE Gold members need only pay 400 MS Points. Great stuff!

Major Nelson has let us know that the latest addition to Xbox LIVE Arcade has hit in the form of ‘arcade hockey’ game, 3 on 3 NHL Arcade, going for 800 MS Points. From the Major’s post:

“EA SPORTS Freestyle welcomes you to the fast paced world of arcade hockey. From the same team that brought you NHL® 09 comes a 3 on 3 experience that throws conventional hockey, and its rules, out the window.

Additionally, a game called Minesweeper Flags has been put up on the Arcade for 400 MS Points. Not much information on that one other than it’s an adapted version of the classic PC time-waster, now with multiplayer. Go check it out on Xbox LIVE Arcade.
