Yes, Inversion is still alive, multiplayer videos reveal more gravity flipping
You haven’t forgotten about Namco Bandai’s Inversion, have you?
This gravity-flipping action shooter from developer Saber Interactive was recently pushed out of its planned February release window into an unknown period of time in the future, so until we get a new concrete release date for this intriguing title we can take a look at the game’s multiplayer modes that seem to make good use of the central concept.
With game modes named ‘King of Gravity’ and ‘Gravity Slaughter,’ there’s not much doubt about what this entails:
Inversion - Team Deathmatch
Inversion - King of Gravity
Inversion - Gravity Slaughter Gameplay

now this looks like my type of game, I can't wait for this. its going to be super fun. I like the multiplayer modes. I can see myself gaming this for hours and hours.
It's certainly an intriguing gameplay conceit - the singleplayer portion of the game will have players running around a world flipped upside down. I wonder how much of that is in the multiplayer modes.
I remember playing Prey in multiplayer and seeing other players running on the ceiling was amazing!
Prey ... was ... amazing :D Although those upside-down parts could take quite a toll on one's stomach ... especially in a frantic MP match :S
Yay, someone who agrees with me about Prey!
I finished it on the afternoon of the day it came out and played MP at a LAN a while later (when I still went to LANs!) - great fun, a great world and very unique features. Really looking forward to Prey 2 (which has all-new features again).
Anyways, I think Inversion will go much further with the gravity flipping gameplay than Prey ever did, so prepare to hold onto your stomach!
