Report: Asura's Wrath delayed into March
Industry site MCV is reporting that Capcom’s over-the-top action brawling game Asura’s Wrath has been delayed by two weeks.
Asura’s Wrath is now due for release on March 9th in the UK, as opposed to the previously announced launch date of February 24th in the region.
El33tonline’s hands-on impressions of Asura’s Wrath will clue you into the complete insanity of the game and its scenarios (world-sized demigods trying to crush you, et al), while our previous coverage with screenshots and trailers will fill in the rest.
A demo is also currently available on Xbox LIVE and PlayStation Network just in case you want to go toe-to-toe with gigantic bosses for yourself.

This demo was insane. I loved every second of it, no every millisecond. I love the visual style, the gameplay and the sound.....its just how I like my over-the-top games.....I don't mind the delay, will help me save up some moola to buy all these great games that are coming out.
I still need to play the demo - I've heard lots of mixed responses so I'm a bit wary. Probably download this weekend to play.
I thought the demo was super-stylish, but it didn't strike me as much of a game. You should check it out and see what you think, Oliver.
The new release date is the same day as Mass Effect and fellow Capcom game Street Fighter X Tekken. I wouldn't want to be up against those. I sense imminent bargain binning for this game, which should please POItjie as he won't have to save so much moola...
the only part I think that can put people of is the button bashing...it is bit hectic, but it makes the game....fun. It works. its not like the button bashing in Resident evil 5....this has a place in the game.
Gotta agree with Graeme on this one ... The game oozes with style, but I have a feeling the combat will get repetitive quick :/ Hopefully the delay will fix that! :D
I'd also like to give this game a go. I have the demo but haven't tried it yet. It's definitely going to be overshadowed on the 9th of March. It's not the same genre, but Mass Effect 3 is going to own that week.
Agreed ME3 all the way
Downloading this demo now - I'm liking what's being said here. ;)
I too was underwhelmed by the demo. The visual flare was fantastic but the gameplay was mindless and repetitive.
