El33t's Question of the Day: What's your favourite PS Vita feature?

El33tonline Question of the Day

We’re celebrating all things PS Vita this month in the run-up to the launch of Sony’s next handheld gaming device on February 22nd, so for this Question of the Day we’re going to focus on (and educate those who don’t know about) the exciting features that the device will introduce by asking:

What is your favourite PS Vita Feature?

Is it the potential of playing Vita games against complete strangers and tracking the progress of gamers in your area? How about the capabilities of that front touch-screen? Or the excellently clever rear-touch functionality? Dual analog sticks, a bright and crisp OLED screen… there’s lots to get excited about with the PS Vita!

Also, while it’s not a direct ‘feature’ of the handheld itself, you can’t discount the massive amount of games that will be available at launch, either.

If you need further ideas on why the PS Vita’s features need a further look-in, look over El33tonline’s vast coverage of the device and also be sure to read Peter’s hands-on impressions, too.

What PS Vita features are your favourite?

Well I um kinda sorta love everything about the Vita so this one's a tough Question :D but I'd have to say it's the OLED touchscreen, and not even for the touching part! My eyes just water when I look at the graphics <3

Achtung!Baby

The dual analog sticks, because they open up the Vita to a wider range of genres like First Person Shooters. The PSP's one analog never made sense to me.

Probably everything, but if I had to narrow it down, I'd have to go with the screen...followed by what a powerhouse it is...

Least favourite feature? It's going to take all my money :(

The back touchpad functionality could lend itself to some interesting new methods of input, and as in games like Little Deviants and LittleBigPlanet, new methods of in-game creation.

Clever developers might use it to replace button input in some cases, or targeting. Hopefully it won't be relegated to 'novelty' uses.

This device has some serious hardware gadgetry and I'm just waiting for some inspired developers to make use of the built in cameras and GPS and create a location-based augmented reality game - should I say - one that doesn't suck. It would be great to have a little context to personalise the games we play.

The OLED Touchscreen is a big plus, as my phone has the same size and type screen and its just awesome. Imagine what you will be able to do with the touch feature in games. I love to get myself the PS Vita. and I will get one sometime this year.
