The results are in: Call of Duty: Black Ops’ ‘Firing Range’ multiplayer map has been chosen as your 24/7 playlist level for the game’s upcoming Double XP Weekend.
Double XP Weekend? For Black Ops? Starting today? Across all platforms?
Uh, yeah. Where have you been?
Treyarch announced earlier this week that Call of Duty: Black Ops players would be able to enjoy a Double XP Weekend starting today, Friday (February 10th) from 10am PST, and ending on Monday (February 13th) at 10am PST.
Players were given the chance to vote for their chosen 24/7 playlist map and by the looks of things, Firing Range was the winner by miles.
Will you be jumping into Black Ops’ Double XP Weekend today? Will you be tempted to stay away from Modern Warfare 3, Battlefield 3 and the newly released Gotham City Impostors for long enough to earn twice as many experience points in Treyarch’s game?
Very tempting…

If only I owned Black Ops on the Xbox 360. Then I would spend a couple of hours raking in the XP. but its BF3 Friday today so I'm not to sad about it.
