Meet the amazing voice cast of Mass Effect 3 as they discuss their roles

[Update] Added the latest screenshots for Mass Effect 3 below, showing the in-game personas of the voice cast. [End of Update]

Dialogue has always been a vital part of BioWare’s epic space opera RPG series, Mass Effect, with eerily natural conversations taking place with all manner of alien (and otherwise) lifeforms across the galaxy.

Unless they’re easily recognisable, we don’t often think about the voice actors who bring the incredible characters of Mass Effect to life because their performances are so amazing, so here’s a chance to take a peek behind the curtain and see who plays some of your favourite personalities in the upcoming Mass Effect 3.

Watch below as Seth Green, Freddie Prinze Jr., Martin Sheen and IGN’s Jessica Chobot (and more) discuss their roles in the game:

Really can't wait for this game. 1 more month... just 1 more! I'll probably play this more than Gears of War 3 :D

El33tOnline, if possible, will we be having weekly ME3 Multiplayer events as well? :D

POItjie

that is a very nice cast they have for the game, I would love to give this game a try, looking forward to the demo and the MP beta (whenever that is). Smuroh please can I borrow your Mass Effect 1 on the xbox to give it a test.....visuals look really good. its amazing what they can do with the visuals these days.

GaaTY

POItjie, you'll be somewhat dissapointed by Mass Effect 1 (Gameplay & Graphics). Its worlds apart from ME2 and from what ME3 is going to be.

The story line is still epic though. I still need to do a third playthrough (once I get my copy from my friend back).

I wasn't disappointed with ME1 at all, it was an amazing game (and even had parts I preferred over ME2) ... Although ME2s ending ... OMG o.O

@GaaTY: i loved ME1! nobody will be disappointed by it! the game has lots its RPG roots and has gone more action oriented in ME2, but is still amazing. glad in ME3 they give you a choice of how you want to play it: shooter only or RPG.

the only thing i dont miss from ME1 is driving around :D

GaaTY

Guys guys guys... led me shed some light!

I love ME1, ME2 and ME3 (yes I havent played it yet but I love it!) :D

What I meant by dissapointing is for someone who is not used to a shooter/rpg like that, that plays it for the 1st time. (which happened when I borrowed mine to my friend). He wasnt impressed. Make more sense now?

Since POItjie hasnt played it yet, he will notice the differences.

Take note, I played ME1 through 10 times on PC, and another 2 on Xbox. Same with ME2. To me, Mass Effect is the best ever.

And with that long post I just found the reason behind long posts bombing out :D (and its not directly linked to long posts :P )

oltman

haha! i just realised what i am doing on Valentine's day! playing Mass Effect 3 Demo! :D

@ GaaTY: ok, you are forgiven :) yes, it aged a bit badly. yes, it is still my favourite too :)
