New to Xbox LIVE Marketplace today is a colourful and quirky word game called Quarrel, a title in which you’re challenged to fight for dominance over a variety of island territories by chaining together eight letter anagrams and scoring more points than your friends and opponents.
You can see Quarrel in action in an exciting launch trailer below accompanied by a selection of bright screenshots, and if that’s not enough for you we’ve also included an official description and pricing information, too:
Quarrel
- Price: 400 MS Points
- File Size: 111.54 MB
“Quarrel is the most novel word game ever made. But don’t just take our word for it – grab it now and enter a universe where WORDS (11 points) literally speak louder than ACTIONS (8 points).
“Use a cool combination of word power and strategic cunning to crush your opponents and reign supreme. Come settle your differences with wordplay rather than swordplay; make verbal not chemical weapons; load up with letters not bullets and use chatter to batter your enemies into submission and rule the world.
“Compete to use your troops to make the highest-scoring word from the letters given then capture territories and conquer islands in this wholly original virtual board game.”

Comments:
This does look interesting, but not my style of game. I'm really bad with words. I never have too much to say, I'm a man of a few words.
