Gamers in Cape Town are a very enthusiastic bunch, it must be said. During the presentations at 2upGamers’ recent Third Encounter gaming event, none of the attendees were stingy with their voices, cheering and clapping for all of the guest speakers and their exciting announcements.
The enthusiasm of the gamers of Cape Town was also demonstrated by the fact that dozens of Third Encounter attendees arrived at Friends of Design (the location for the event) well ahead of the scheduled time and stayed late into the evening, which gave El33tonline the chance to snap a few pics of these creatures in their natural habitat…
And a few prize winners…
El33tonline and South African ADSL service provider Afrihost gave away a couple excellent prizes at the Third Encounter, with an awesome ADSL router and a R750 shopping voucher making their way into the hands of excited winners, but we also gave away spot prizes to a few lucky individuals…
