Leading up to the release of UFC Undisputed 3 in mid-February this year, THQ has unleashed a batch of information and videos to pump up the excitement surrounding the publisher’s next crushing mixed martial arts fighter.
Let’s deal with the more immediate news first: A demo for UFC Undisputed 3 will go live tomorrow, January 24th, over Xbox LIVE for Xbox 360, with the possibility of the same demo arriving over PlayStation Network for PlayStation 3 starting tomorrow, too.
Further information on what you can expect to see in the UFC 3 demo will be released once the taster has been released, so we’ll let you know then.
Another exciting bit of information is wrapped up tight in the safe confines of a brand new UFC 3 trailer featuring the full 150-strong list of fighters included in the game. The trailer also goes on to mention some of the modes and features of the game, so don’t miss it… below:

One last UFC 3 offering we have for you today is the release of a prediction video featuring a simulated fight between Rashad Evans and Phil Davis, all rendered within the UFC 3 engine.

The demo will be very helpful for me to determine whether or not to pick this game up. I already have a busy month with Twisted Metal and SSX. I'm going to have to see some major improvements in gameplay for me to be swayed into purchasing this. I really want it to be good.
From what we've seen, it seems as though the development team has really thought about the next UFC game and how to improve it. The (short) break in annual releases is also a good sign, so I'm hoping they get it really right.
This look rather good, i think ill give the demo a try and see how i feel about it.
