If you’re looking for something a little different to play on your Kinect then be sure to check out Xbox LIVE Arcade title Haunt, which will cost you 800 Microsoft Points when it appears on the Marketplace this Wednesday (January 18th).
The game is co-developed by Japanese studio NanaOn-Sha and British-based developer Zoë Mode. Haunt is the brainchild of Masaya Matsuura - the man behind the innovative Parappa the Rapper series.
Here’s the game’s description as it appears on Xbox.com:
“Welcome to Benjy’s Mansion - a spooky haunted house where you are the first visitor for a generation! Haunt leverages the power of Kinect to enable you to freely explore the house using just your body as the controller - you’ll need to stay on your toes in order to outsmart the mansion’s host of fiendish ghosts and unravel the sinister secrets that shroud the mansion in mystery!”
Haunt has a visual style reminiscent of Luigi’s Mansion with the occasional nod to Resident Evil. Exploring the eerie, ghoul-infested mansion with just your torch for company promises to provide a Kinect experience like no other.

Interesting ... This looks more like a kiddies scary game, if that makes sense ;) I mean come on, Parappa the Rappa wasn't exactly a scare-fest xD
this looks interesting. I might give the demo a try. I love what you can do with the kinect so I'll get any game to play on it. and this does look fun to me. maybe an easy 200GS.....(Just saying)
Haha, I just read the most awesome thing about Haunt - the character of Benjamin Muldoon in the game is played by Tim Schafer!
I was going to get it anyway (NanaOn-Sha!) but this seals it!
This looks like allot of fun, i need to get my hands on Kinetic so many things i want to try, and Parappa the Rappa was cool with that onion teaching you how to do kung fu ha ha ha ha
