Currently in development at EA Tiburon, Tiger Woods PGA Tour 13 has recently received a concrete March release date while exciting new features have also been more fully detailed and announced, with information on the game’s Xbox 360 Kinect functionality, online and social features, the ‘golf legacy’ mode and revamped ‘swing’ mechanic.

According to EA, Tiger Woods PGA Tour 13 includes the most comprehensive overhaul to the series’ swing mechanic in over a decade in order to provide “unprecedented control over their swing tempo, ball position and stance” as well as allow you to replicate a dizzying array of swing combinations.

Controller-free Kinect and voice-controlled gameplay round out the package in order to “[lessen] the gap between the real world and virtual golf course experience.”

Additionally, Tiger Woods PGA Tour 13 includes the chance to relive the golfing career of Tiger Woods and experience the return of the prestigious ‘Masters’ golf tournament.

Tiger Woods PGA Tour 13, as well as the Masters Collector’s Edition version of the game, release on March 27th in North America and March 30th around the rest of the world, across Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, with Kinect and PlayStation Move functionality included.
