One of the leading ADSL internet service and solutions providers in South Africa, Afrihost, has just announced that the company’s latest product has been launched in the form of its new AfriGamer Servers.
“Loaded with some popular gaming titles,” writes the announcement, “now is the time to get online and start gaming.”
With AfriGamer Servers, Afrihost is providing online gaming servers for five extremely popular competitive multiplayer games, with more to follow in the coming weeks.
The current line-up of game servers includes:
- Counter-Strike Source
- Team Fortress 2
- Left 4 Dead 2
- Brink
- Homefront
Afrihost assures us that the company isn’t “putting silly restrictions on our servers to keep non Afrihost users out,” going on to say that “it won’t hurt that Afrihost users are on the same network as the servers, resulting in lower latency.”
If you need any information on how to connect to Afrihost’s AfriGamer Servers, you can visit this official (and very well presented, if we may say) site over here for all of the details.
Are you going to rAge 2011 in Johannesburg this month? So are we, and El33tonline and Afrihost may just have a few surprises in store for you if you visit us at Stand 28 - be there!
