PC gamers weren’t too pleased when Rockstar Games gave them the cold shoulder last year by refusing to publish Red Dead Redemption on their platform of choice. Thankfully the publisher isn’t going to make the same mistake twice, as earlier this year they announced their intention to bring the critically acclaimed console title L.A. Noire to PC.
Rockstar Games recently pinned down release dates for ‘L.A. Noire: The Complete Edition’ (the title for the PC version). North America will get the game on November 8th, while European territories will have to wait until November 11th.
The Complete Edition comes with a code to download all the DLC cases from the console versions, as well as support for Nvidia 3D Vision. Rockstar Leeds is handling the port.
If you’ll be playing L.A. Noire for the first time on PC, be sure to download all the DLC cases before you start the game. These cases feel like they were just removed from the retail version so they could be sold later as add-on content, and therefore slot naturally into various points of the main story once downloaded.
